Tony is a co-founder and director of Innovation in Life, and with over 40 years of experience in the electronic Audio Visual, Fire & Security industries, Tony has witnessed first-hand the transformative power of research and development (R&D) in helping businesses overcome industry challenges and achieve growth through innovation funding.

He is the youngest of five children and having witnessed his father's entrepreneurial and innovative spirit from an early age, who founded Neon Sign Services, one of the pioneering illuminated sign companies in the UK.

The diverse experiences gained from his father's ventures, along with running MRFS GROUP from 1983 to August 2023 demonstrates his ability to assist businesses to stimulate R&D programs, expand teams, grow operations, and boost profitability.
