Michael is the Director of Winters Electrical Services – one of London’s most respected electrical company’s, working on high profile sites such as the Shard, Hampton Court Palace, UCL and many more. Winters Electrical was formed in 1988 and employs some 200 operatives and staff. 

Michael is one of the three co-founders of Innovation In Life and helps the business by introducing new clients in the M and E sector and helping them understand the benefits of the R and D tax credit scheme. He has an eye for business and day to day management and is involved in the progression of Innovation In Life by introducing new products to make the company the facilitator of a trusted partner network for B2B relationships.
